The 29th Florence Biennale

We have just returned from a fantastic exhibition.
Fabrizio Moretti has managed to make the Florence Biennale an event of worldwide importance.
New, highly significant works adorned each stand in the imposing setting of Palazzo Corsini.
The exhibition received an enthusiastic response from collectors.
We are pleased to have made a contribution to the event.
The museum of the Certosa di San Martino in Naples has been given ”first option” to buy the large painting by Domenico Gargiulo portraying “The eruption of Vesuvius in 1631”.
The “Still life with lobster” by Giovan Battista Recco and the youthful work in  terracotta by Vincenzo Gemito will form part of two important private collections.
There has been considerable interest in the other works on display and we are now preparing for the art fair in Munich.
